Re-localising Our Food is an excellent document. Kim Hill, on Saturday Morning, at Radio New Zealand interviewed two Canadians this past Saturday. They are making money doing small scale market gardening (one on the east coast the other on the west coast) and doing a speaking tour of New Zealand. They were inspiring.
